Account Manager - Branding and Creative
Do you have over 2 years of experience leading important projects for B2B companies spanning web sites, visual identity development and brand assets? If you've worked in an agency before of no larger than 30 staff then even better! If you can lead workshops to guide high profile projects adding value based on your creativity, experience and enthusiasm then we have a great opportunity for you.
You'll lead a cross agency team for your clients which will change throughout the lifecycle of a project to deliver refresh brand identites, overhaul websites, corporate comms and produce the messaging that resonates with audiences. You'll be comfortable with WordPress and understand print, video and digital but most of all, you'll know when and how to get the best out of an experienced agency team by producing bang-on briefs and thorough statements of work. You'll have worked with a creative team before spanning writers, designers and videographers and be excited about working together to make great new work.
Using your strategic expertise and in-depth understanding of your cleint's needs, you’ll proactively deliver projects, presenting and explaining ideas to clients and colleagues from project start through completion. You’ll lead your own projects, develop briefs, manage teams and communicate project plans that create value for our clients. You’ll manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations and provide exceptional customer service whilst being commercially sensible and paying close attention to scope.
The role calls for attention to detail, knowledge of print and digital channels, confidence presenting and explaining ideas to clients and colleagues, and the ability to form and lead virtual teams on a project-by-project basis. You’ll obsess about creating value for clients and be comfortable working with all levels of an organisation.

Account Manager - Marketing & Campaigns
We’re looking for a B2B marketing tactician who knows their way around ad platforms (particularly LinkedIn), understands the principles of SEO, has an appreciation for account-based marketing, and is comfortable with inbound marketing and automation activity. You’ll be ready to dive in and get your hands dirty working with directly with activation tools as well as our wider team but shape the work with your own knowledge and expertise.
You'll have at least 2 year of marketing / campaign experience either in an agency or in-house within a small marketing team. You’ll have experience of running marketing campaigns, but also managing the creative deliverables that complement these campaigns.
You'll be confident, personable and have an educated opinion about the right marketing approach to take combined with enough maturity to know when to bring in your agency colleagues. We are keen to get someone that is willing to get stuck in and help deliver the best service possible to our clients and grow our marketing offering within the business through great work, passion and drive.
